Return & Refund Policy

At Upcurrent, all products are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, dissatisfaction, or incorrect ordering.

Refunds for Defective Items Only

Refunds are only issued for items that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly fulfilled.

We do not offer refunds for:

Preference or taste
Perceived lack of results
Incorrect product selection
Minor variations in product appearance, size, or packaging
Opened or used products (unless defective)

14-Day Claim Window

All claims must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for review.

How to Submit a Claim

To request a refund for a defective or incorrect item, contact us at upcurrentshop@gmail.com with:

Order number
Description of the issue
Clear photos of the product
Clear photos of the packaging

Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in denial of the claim.

Review & Resolution

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If a claim is approved, Upcurrent may, at its sole discretion:

Issue a refund to the original payment method
Provide a replacement product
Issue store credit

We reserve the right to require return of the product before issuing a refund or replacement.

Return Requirements (if applicable)

If a return is requested as part of a claim:

The item must be returned in the condition received
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is confirmed to be due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled item.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details (including product selection and shipping address) are correct before completing checkout. We are not responsible for errors made during ordering.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Upcurrent is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

Our responsibility is limited to the value of the product purchased.
